Returns
Dhe return shipment within Germany is free of charge. Send us an email to [email protected] and receive your return label.
Returns outside of Germany are subject to a charge.
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, it will first be checked. As soon as the return has been checked and accepted, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method used within 5 working days.
You can return your items within 14 days of receiving the shipment if the following conditions are met:
1) The items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear.
2) The label must not have been removed.
3) The items must be in their original packaging.
